# What can I do in BEE

**BEE seeks to raise the value of nature conservation by rewarding people for their nature expertise.**

## The basics

1. BioCoin is in-game currency
2. BioCoin can be earned/spent providing biodiversity knowledge
3. Participants need to log into BioExpertise Engine (BEE) to earn BioCoin
4. An initial BioCoin is allocated to every categorised biodiversity submission (sighting)
5. All sightings are displayed on BioExpertise Engine (BEE) for experts to identify
6. Every sighting closes after 14 days in BEE
7. Every sighting’s time in BEE can be extended past 14 days by ‘Boosting’
8. Anybody who possesses BioCoin can ‘Boost’ a sighting
9. Every sighting can receive more expertise by ‘Boosting'
10. Every sighting’s identification (ID) can be ‘Challenged’
11. Any sighting in BEE can get feedback from a specific expert by ‘Find an Expert’

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.guardiansofearth.io/bioexpertise-engine-bee/guides/what-can-i-do-in-bee.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
